Brent Sinnett:

After an exciting career in commercial real estate, which took him from Dallas to Charlotte to Washington, DC, to Richmond, Brent Sinnett now devotes his time helping families achieve the dream of home ownership. Whether you’re moving up, downsizing, or buying for the first time, Brent’s 25 years of experience in the real estate business can help you realize your goal.

As the son of a man in the oil industry, Brent relocated many times while growing up, spending his formative years in cities from Calgary, Alberta to Fort Worth, Texas. This family experience has allowed Brent to understand and anticipate the needs of other families as they transition from their current home to another neighborhood, city, or state.

Prior to partnering with Napier Realtors, ERA, in the Richmond area, Brent spent nearly 20 years working with real estate companies such as Trammell Crow Company, Childress Klein Properties, and Commonwealth Atlantic Properties (formerly the Richmond-based RF&P Corporation). This variety has given Brent insight into real estate transactions from $50 thousand to $500 million.

In recent years, Brent Sinnett has participated in the purchase, sale, and financing of over $1 billion in real estate, with many hours spent at the negotiating table. The buyers and sellers that Brent works with today are comfortable knowing that their best interests are represented with Brent’s experience and negotiating skill.

As a father to Heather, Brent, II and Ryan, he understands the importance of family and home, and that these are central to all of our daily lives. When not helping buyers and sellers with their homes, Brent enjoys staying active by hiking, swimming, and biking. He keeps himself challenged with travel to new places, a strong interest in new technology, and the urge to conquer electronic gadgets of all types!

Amy Zolad:

Amy Zolad began her real estate career in 1998, after graduating from Boston College and relocating from Massachusetts to Virginia . At Commonwealth Atlantic Properties (Formerly the Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac Corporation) in Northern Virginia , and at Porter Realty Company, Inc., in Richmond , Amy focused primarily on commercial properties – from 1,500 Square-Foot office condominiums to 400,000 Square-Foot industrial projects.

Though her start in real estate was in the commercial arena, her true interest has always been in residential homes, especially in their design and architecture. In 2005, she joined the Sinnett Property Team Napier ERA, enabling her to merge her career with her personal interest.

Since 1998, Amy has cultivated a variety of skills which apply to many areas of the real estate industry, including: creatively marketing homes and properties using print and electronic media, as well as through personal interaction and networking; negotiating terms of sales agreements and leases; writing and editing purchase contracts and lease documents; managing the complex web communication with real estate attorneys, title companies, and inspectors. Amy also strives to satisfy all of her clients with excellent customer service and communication – and she’ll always go the extra mile to make sure that no detail is missed.

When not helping buyers and sellers, Amy enjoys staying active at the YMCA, hiking, biking, and other outdoor sports. She enjoys challenging herself with travel to new places, and between trips she can be found volunteering at local organizations, such as Maymont, taking on a home-improvement project, or curled up with a good book.

She loves to share her interest in homes with her clients and customers, and to help them turn their dream home into reality – whether it’s a step-up, a down-size, or a first-time home purchase.
